Welcome to RJBet ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and RJBet governing your access to and use of the RJBet website located at rjbet.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, "the Services").

RJBet operates as an online sports betting and live casino platform, providing Users with access to sports wagering, live dealer casino games, slot games, lottery, and related gaming entertainment services. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, form the complete agreement between you and RJBet. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or any equivalent affirmative action during the account registration process, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms. Your acceptance is confirmed at the moment of registration and reconfirmed each time you access the Platform thereafter.

These Terms are effective as of the date displayed at the top of this page. RJBet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, RJBet will provide reasonable notice through the Platform interface, by email to your registered address, or via an in-account notification. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. RJBet does not permit the creation of Accounts on behalf of other individuals.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on RJBet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are registering and using the Account solely on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order through RJBet or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You have not previously had an Account with RJBet that was suspended, closed for cause, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of RJBet or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction from participating in online gaming or betting activities.

RJBet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, driver's license, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the RJBet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information. Any misrepresentation may result in the immediate suspension of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. RJBet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Account. You must notify RJBet immediately if you suspect or discover any unauthorised access to your Account.

RJBet accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, provided that such losses do not result from the Platform's own negligence or security failures.

RJBet accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating FPX member banks)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB — subject to minimum equivalent deposit of MYR 30

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. RJBet is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or network delays affecting cryptocurrency deposits.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. The current minimum deposit is RM 20 for most local payment methods. You acknowledge that you are depositing funds for the purpose of participating in the gambling and gaming Services offered by RJBet, and that deposits represent a considered decision to participate in activities that carry financial risk.

RJBet employs third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. All payment information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards. RJBet does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on the same Account, or to methods verified under KYC procedures at RJBet's discretion. RJBet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Target processing times, which represent RJBet's commitment but are not guaranteed due to external payment network factors, are as follows:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes from approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 5 to 15 minutes from approval
• Direct Bank Wire: 15 to 60 minutes from approval

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by membership tier and payment method. Gold and Diamond VIP members may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as part of their membership benefits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review by RJBet's compliance team. RJBet reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct further due diligence where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. During any such review, the relevant Account Balance may be temporarily frozen.

Funds deposited but not wagered, or wagered an insufficient number of times relative to any applicable bonus requirements, may be subject to a processing fee at RJBet's discretion.

RJBet may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards ("Refer a Friend"), and other incentive schemes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise specified, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotional offers on the Platform:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only (KYC completed).
• Each bonus is limited to one (1) per eligible account, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements for most bonuses are set at a minimum of 10x the bonus amount, unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• RJBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Bonus Funds are not redeemable for cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

The "Refer a Friend" programme entitles eligible Gold tier members to a referral bonus of RM 50 per verified referred account, subject to the referred User completing KYC, making a qualifying deposit, and placing a minimum number of qualifying bets as specified in the programme terms.

All bets placed on RJBet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant game or event interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and any specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

RJBet offers in-play and pre-match wagering on a range of sporting events, including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, Asian Football Confederation (AFC) competitions, UFC, tennis Grand Slams, and esports events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the details of each bet prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a system error, misquote, or manifest error in odds, RJBet reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where live betting is not offered) will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by event, market, and account tier.
• RJBet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any Account at its sole discretion, in accordance with its risk management practices.
• In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.

All casino games offered on the Platform operate on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) engines or involve live professional dealers streamed from licensed studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are publicly displayed on each game information page.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the RJBet Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate an Account.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or algorithmic systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by RJBet.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an advantage, and failing to report such vulnerabilities to RJBet.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to structuring deposits and withdrawals specifically to trigger bonus conditions without genuine wagering intent ("bonus hunting").
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse transactions or initiate chargebacks through a payment provider after receiving gaming services or winnings from RJBet.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing RJBet staff, other Users, or any third party through the Platform's communication channels.
• Accessing or attempting to access areas of the Platform not intended for public User access.

RJBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Users seriously. We provide the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account at any time via Account Settings.
• Betting Caps: Users may impose maximum bet limits per session or per day.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set time reminders or automatic session disconnections.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon processing and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Users may configure periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming position.

All content on the RJBet Platform — including but not limited to the RJBet name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, source code, database structures, graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of RJBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use the RJBet name, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or digital interface.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RJBet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

RJBet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM 500, whichever is lower.

RJBet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.
• The fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.
• The accuracy of any odds, statistics, event data, or third-party content displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by RJBet's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

RJBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a valid regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure.

Upon termination for cause, RJBet reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Real Money Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via a payment method on record within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting RJBet support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any settled balance of Real Money Funds will be returned subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

RJBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change that significantly affects your rights or obligations — RJBet will endeavour to provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via the Platform interface or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks and the laws under which RJBet holds its operating licences. RJBet's Platform is operated under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through RJBet's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the live support channel. RJBet commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
